As a UX Designer at QGenda, you will play a crucial role in enhancing user experiences across our software solutions. You will be responsible for optimizing the usability of our applications, ensuring they are intuitive, user-friendly, and meet the needs of healthcare professionals. Your work will involve designing user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and interfaces that simplify complex processes and improve accessibility.

Your Impact & Responsibilities

  • Work closely with the UX Lead to execute design deliverables.
  • Develop visual elements, storyboards, and wireframes to conceptualize designs.
  • Translate UX concepts into mockups and prototypes for rapid feedback.
  • Collaborate with Product Owners, Business Analysts, and Developers to refine user experiences.
  • Design user flows and interaction models that enhance usability.
  • Contribute to end-to-end experiences and interface specifications to improve user engagement.
  • Research UX trends and integrate innovative ideas into QGenda’s products.
  • Manage multiple projects efficiently while maintaining design consistency and quality.

What You Bring (Experience & Skills Required)

  • 1-3 years of experience in UX/UI design.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Design, Computer Science, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in Figma and other industry-standard design tools.
  • Understanding of front-end development concepts and component frameworks.
  • Experience designing for mobile and desktop platforms.

Nice to Have (Preferred Qualifications)

  • Experience working on healthcare-related products.
  • Familiarity with user research methodologies.
  • Knowledge of Agile development methodologies.
