Key Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service across various communication channels, primarily phone calls.
- Analyze customer inquiries and offer tailored solutions using advanced problem-solving skills.
- Utilize critical thinking to resolve complex customer concerns efficiently.
- Offer technical support for energy-related queries.
- Respond to gas and electric emergencies with accuracy and urgency to ensure public safety.
- Handle customer interactions professionally and empathetically while adhering to company protocols.
- Participate in on-call rotations and weekend shifts as required.
- Support special projects and perform additional duties as needed.
Minimum Qualifications
- At least 18 months of customer service experience or equivalent.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Strong proficiency in hardware and software technology, with a focus on Microsoft Windows products.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technology-related issues effectively.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bilingual proficiency in Spanish is highly desirable (compensation premium available upon passing a proficiency test).
- Previous call center experience is a plus.
