Key Responsibilities

  • Provide outstanding customer service across various communication channels, primarily phone calls.
  • Analyze customer inquiries and offer tailored solutions using advanced problem-solving skills.
  • Utilize critical thinking to resolve complex customer concerns efficiently.
  • Offer technical support for energy-related queries.
  • Respond to gas and electric emergencies with accuracy and urgency to ensure public safety.
  • Handle customer interactions professionally and empathetically while adhering to company protocols.
  • Participate in on-call rotations and weekend shifts as required.
  • Support special projects and perform additional duties as needed.

Minimum Qualifications

  • At least 18 months of customer service experience or equivalent.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Strong proficiency in hardware and software technology, with a focus on Microsoft Windows products.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technology-related issues effectively.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bilingual proficiency in Spanish is highly desirable (compensation premium available upon passing a proficiency test).
  • Previous call center experience is a plus.
