Key Responsibilities

Project Management & Execution

  • Become an expert in Workday’s Implementation Methodology and apply it across projects.
  • Plan and allocate resources to ensure successful project execution.
  • Monitor project scope, budget, and timelines, addressing constraints proactively.
  • Track project risks, maintain issue logs, and escalate concerns when necessary.

Client Engagement & Relationship Management

  • Work closely with client project managers to resolve issues affecting timelines.
  • Support senior engagement managers in large-scale implementations.
  • Ensure high client satisfaction and position clients as potential references.

Stakeholder Communication & Reporting

  • Present project updates in Executive Steering Committee meetings.
  • Ensure compliance with Delivery Assurance checkpoints.
  • Communicate and escalate change orders when client requests exceed the original scope.

Sales & Business Development Support

  • Assist in sales cycles by gathering requirements, defining delivery approaches, and contributing to proposals/SOWs.

Required Qualifications & Skills

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Business Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Workday experience is strongly preferred but not mandatory.
  • Previous experience in HR, Finance, or Payroll functions.

Technical & Professional Skills

  • Strong understanding of Internet technologies and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems.
  • PMP certification is highly desired.

Salary & Benefits

Annual Salary: $75,800 – $95,865 (Based on experience and qualifications)
