About the Role

We are hiring a Senior DevOps Engineer to play a key role in shaping our infrastructure and DevOps culture. You will work on building, maintaining, and optimizing our cloud-based infrastructure while collaborating with engineers across Israel, Europe, and the US.

As a Senior DevOps Engineer, you will:

  • Manage the monitoring, logging, and alerting systems to ensure a stable and secure infrastructure.
  • Design, implement, and improve our CI/CD pipelines to streamline deployments.
  • Work with engineering teams to enhance DevOps processes, security, and automation.
  • Architect scalable cloud solutions using tools like Kubernetes, Terraform, and GCP.
  • Optimize system performance, security, and reliability across our cloud environments.

Tech Stack

Our technology stack includes:

  • Cloud: GCP (Google Cloud Platform)
  • Containerization & Orchestration: Kubernetes
  • Infrastructure as Code (IaC): Terraform
  • Monitoring & Logging: ELK Stack (Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana)
  • Backend: Python (Django), Postgres, Redis
  • Frontend: React.js (Next.js), GraphQL, Apollo

What We’re Looking For

To excel in this role, you should have:

  • Strong infrastructure knowledge and experience with cloud-based architectures.
  • Hands-on expertise with Kubernetes, Terraform, and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Experience in DevOps automation, including GitOps (Flux preferred).
  • Proficiency in scripting and coding (Python or Go preferred).
  • Deep understanding of cloud environments (GCP preferred, AWS/Azure is a plus).
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate with a remote, distributed team.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a keen eye for system architecture.

A degree in Computer Science is nice to have, but we prioritize skills and real-world experience over formal education.
