Role Overview

As a Platform Engineering Intern, you’ll work closely with the engineering team to develop and improve scalable infrastructure solutions. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience with cutting-edge cloud technologies and automation tools.


Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the Platform Engineering team to design and implement scalable infrastructure solutions
  • Develop Infrastructure as Code (IaC) solutions using tools like Terraform, AWS CloudFormation, or Pulumi
  • Assist in automating workflows, CI/CD pipelines, and system monitoring
  • Analyze system performance and suggest optimizations
  • Work with cross-functional teams (development, QA, operations) to ensure seamless platform integration
  • Contribute to documentation and best practices for knowledge sharing

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
  • Basic understanding of Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform or CloudFormation
  • Exposure to programming languages like Python, Go, or JavaScript
  • Knowledge of Linux systems and networking concepts
  • Awareness of containerization tools like Docker and orchestration platforms like Kubernetes (bonus)
  • Strong problem-solving skills and eagerness to learn
  • Self-motivated with a “can-do” attitude

Education Requirements

Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in:

  • Computer Science
  • Software Engineering
  • Management Information Systems
  • Computer Information Systems
  • Or a related field
