Entry-Level Frontend Developer Training Program

What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher (any field).
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without current or future sponsorship.
  • Strong desire to learn coding—no prior professional experience required.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and strong communication abilities.
  • Willingness to relocate nationwide (relocation assistance available).

Responsibilities (Including but Not Limited To)

  • Write secure, high-quality code using at least one programming language with guidance.
  • Develop, troubleshoot, and maintain software systems with consideration for upstream/downstream impacts.
  • Utilize Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) tools to enhance development efficiency.
  • Analyze large data sets to identify patterns and contribute to decision-making.
  • Design and implement reusable code and UI components.
  • Ensure technical feasibility and performance of UI/UX designs.
  • Collaborate with product teams and engineers in an Agile development environment.
  • Participate in code reviews to ensure best practices are followed.
  • Support production systems by troubleshooting and resolving issues as needed.
