About the Role

We are looking for a UX Front-End Developer to join our innovative team of developers, product managers, UX designers, and researchers. In this role, you will play a crucial part in translating user-centered design concepts into seamless, responsive, and accessible web applications. Key Responsibilities

  • Front-End Development: Build and maintain responsive, user-friendly web applications using HTML, CSS, JavaScript (ES6+), and APIs.
  • UI/UX Collaboration: Work closely with UX/UI designers to translate wireframes and prototypes into functional web pages.
  • Cross-Functional Teamwork: Partner with product managers, researchers, and developers to create high-quality digital experiences.
  • Accessibility & Performance: Ensure compliance with WCAG accessibility standards, optimizing applications for different devices and platforms.
  • Testing & Debugging: Conduct A/B testing using Adobe Target, troubleshoot cross-browser compatibility issues, and refine usability.
  • Integration: Work with back-end developers to integrate front-end applications with APIs and other services.

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience: Proven experience as a Front-End Developer, UX Developer, or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX work.
  • Technical Skills:
    • Expertise in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+).
    • Knowledge of CSS frameworks like Bootstrap.
    • Experience working with content management systems.
    • Familiarity with Adobe Target for A/B testing.
    • Understanding of API integration and back-end collaboration.
    • Knowledge of SEO best practices and accessibility (WCAG).
    • Proficiency in wireframing and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma).
  • Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.
