This is a flexible, remote freelance role where your coding knowledge will directly contribute to the advancement of AI technology. No prior AI experience is required — just strong programming skills and a passion for building smarter systems.


Role Overview

As an AI Coding Trainer, you’ll help train and refine large language models (LLMs) by reviewing and evaluating their code generation capabilities. Your work will directly support AI in becoming better at writing clean, accurate code.


Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with AI models to enhance their ability to generate code.
  • Write and review technical computer science questions and answers.
  • Analyze code written by AI and rank its quality and correctness.
  • Provide constructive feedback to help AI improve its performance.

Ideal Candidate

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science or a related field.
  • Strong proficiency in at least one of the following programming languages: JavaScript, TypeScript, Python, Java, C++, Swift, or Verilog.
  • Excellent attention to detail in both code and written communication.
  • Comfortable working independently in a remote setting.
  • Interested in artificial intelligence and emerging technologies.

Compensation

  • Hourly Pay: $25 – $50 per hour
  • Final rate based on experience, technical assessment, and project requirements
  • Higher rates available for candidates with advanced degrees or specialized experience
  • Weekly payouts
