What You’ll Work On

As a Software Engineer Intern at Wurl, you’ll be a part of our engineering team working on products that serve millions of users worldwide. This is an exciting opportunity to build your technical skills and learn directly from experienced engineers in the streaming and AdTech space.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with engineers to design, build, test, and launch software solutions.
  • Participate in team code reviews and follow industry best practices.
  • Help identify and fix software bugs and technical issues.
  • Write clean, scalable code along with unit tests.
  • Maintain internal documentation for code and system behavior.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging trends in AdTech and CTV platforms.

Pay: $30 per hour

What We’re Looking For

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proficient in programming using Go or Python.
  • Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and problem-solving techniques.
  • Familiarity with development methodologies like Agile and tools like Git.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • A drive to learn and grow in a fast-paced tech environment.

Bonus Skills (Nice to Have):

  • Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
  • Interest or experience in AdTech ecosystems and CTV streaming platforms.
  • Knowledge of OTT (Over-The-Top) media services.
