About the Role:

Globalization Partners is seeking a highly organized and proactive Management Intern to support our client’s real estate business remotely. This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on management, administrative, and real estate experience while working in a flexible and rewarding remote environment.

You’ll manage communication, prepare reports, assist with real estate transactions, and help the executive stay organized and efficient. If you’re resourceful, detail-oriented, and eager to learn—this is the perfect role for you.


Responsibilities:

  • Act as the point of contact for phone, email, and other communications
  • Prepare correspondence and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel plans
  • Maintain and organize electronic filing systems and manage office inventory remotely
  • Create and post property listings, manage client database, and prepare real estate forms
  • Assist in organizing open houses, coordinating showings, and supporting deal closings
  • Represent the executive in virtual meetings and take accurate notes
  • Provide executive-level support including preparing marketing materials and reports
  • Perform general administrative and project-based tasks as needed

Requirements:

  • 6+ months of internship or administrative experience preferred
  • High school diploma or GED required (Bachelor’s degree preferred)
  • Prior real estate knowledge or experience is a plus
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Comfortable working remotely and independently
  • Strong multitasking, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
  • Tech-savvy with internet and basic software proficiency
  • PA certification is a plus

Compensation & Perks:

  • Weekly Stipend: $1000 – $1400
